All sales are final. We do not accept returns for refund or exchange, at the exception of items damaged in transit.

Refunds and Exchanges:

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us within 7 days of receiving the products at info@trendystyla.com with pictures of the damaged items, then return the damaged item to us. Upon the receipt of the damaged item we will ship out a replacement, if available. If a replacement is not available, we will refund the full purchase price of your item.

Lost or Stolen Packages:

Amazingbacks is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Amazingbacks will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.

Due to the global pandemic and its effects on the global supply chain we are required to temporarily adjust our refund and exchange policy.

Please allow us up to 3 month for your order to arrive (but do not worry, only 2% of all orders are affected by this, our average delivery time remain as fast as detailed here: Shipping Information.

You are eligible for a refund or reshipment of your purchase if your order was not delivered within 3 month from its shipment date.
